About us

We are Romina, Riccardo and Federico. We were looking for a magical place to start a new life project. In the 1950s, the family of Riccardo and his brother Federico lived on sharecropping in these lands and in this very farmhouse, from which you can see Casole like a postcard.

After the abandonment of the countryside between the 1960s and 1980s, the farmhouse was sold to foreign owners who used it as a holiday home.

It was an unexpected surprise to find this place and this house. What better place could we have chosen? As if an invisible thread through time had linked people and places.

The old olive grove surrounds the farmhouse like a green cloak that embraces us. The production of extra olive oil represents a tradition for many families in these areas. We discovered the wonderful world of beekeeping and bee-culture. We grow aromatic and medicinal herbs from which we obtain essential oils and spices for cooking.

But above all we understood that the satisfactions of life arise from simple things, from ideas and from the commitment to transforming them into something we love.
